The Washington Transit Center is located in Downtown Washington and is easily accessible from W&J’s campus. All fixed route buses make stops at the transit center, providing students access to local shopping, dining, employment, and entertainment locations. Freedom Transit provides bus service to Canonsburg, McMurray, McDonald, Monongahela, South Hills, and Downtown Pittsburgh from the Washington Transit Center.

In addition to the Washington Local bus service, the County Line A, County LIne B routes provide transportation to and from other communities in Washington County including Houston, Canonsburg, McDonald, McMurray, Finleyville, and Monongahela. Bus Service to PIT International Airport
Freedom Transit provides a connection point for students looking to use the Grey Line bus to PIT airport. The Local B, Local Saturday, Pittsburgh Metro, and Metro Saturday buses can take you to Beau St. Park in Ride in Washington where you can then board the Mountain Line: Grey Line bus that provides service to PIT International. Grey Line accepts reservations and encourages individuals to schedule their ride in advance to ensure there is space on the bus. More information on Grey Line can be found here.
