Temporary Bellmead Service Change

Beginning July 13 - September 29, South Main St. will be closed, and fixed route service to Bellmead will be temporarily discontinued. During this time, affected Bellmead trips will serve Washington Park. These trips will continue to serve Beau St. @ Shop N’ Save Plaza and W. Maiden St. @ TRPIL.

After serving these stops, the bus will continue to Washington Park. Please note: Regular Washington Park trips will continue on their normal route and will not serve these additional stops.

Apply to see if you may be eligible for shared ride service. Shared ride service is a door-to-door transportation option where riders are grouped together for trips. Advance reservations are required, and all riders must be registered with Freedom Transit. Programs are available for seniors, persons with disabilities, veterans, and individuals who qualify for medical assistance transportation.

Summer Youth Pass

The $10 Summer Youth Pass allows middle and high school students to take unlimited rides on Freedom Transit’s fixed route buses all summer in Zone 1 and Zone 2.
