Independence Day Service
Independence Day Holiday Schedule. Freedom Transit's Transit Center will be closed on Friday, July 3, and customer service representatives will not be available. Fixed Route and Shared Ride service will operate normally on Friday, July 3, 2026.
Saturday, July 4, no Fixed Route Service.
Saturday, July 4, Shared Ride will operate until 5 PM.
Shared Ride Reservations: Please call 724-223-8747 by 12:00 PM on Thursday, July 2 to schedule Shared Ride trips for July 4, July 5, and July 8, 2026.
Summer Youth Pass
The $10 Summer Youth Pass allows middle and high school students to take unlimited rides on Freedom Transit’s fixed route buses all summer long in Zone 1 and Zone 2.
