Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

We encourage DBE participation. To be eligible as a DBE and officially considered part of the contract proposal, a supplier/contractor must be certified by the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program (PAUCP) at the time of bid/proposal submission. Please visit the PAUCP website for more information. To download the Washington County Transportation Authority - Freedom Transit DBE Policy Statement click here.
