Freedom Transit’s shared ride passengers can schedule and manage their trips through the Find My Ride Schedule portal. With Find My Ride Schedule, passengers can manage trips from their smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Through the Find My Ride Schedule website, passengers can:

• Check their account balance.
• Schedule new trips.
• Track their operator’s estimated arrival time.
• View upcoming rides.
• Cancel trips.

Additional features include automated reminder calls the night before a trip and notifications when the operator is about 10 minutes away. Passengers can also opt to receive text message alerts when their operator is approximately 5 minutes away.
To register for Find My Ride Schedule:

• Visit Find My Ride Schedule on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
• Enter our Freedom Transit Shared Ride ID. If you need your ID number, please call Customer Service at 724-223-8747.
• Select Washington County.
• Enter your birthday.

Please note, not all trips can be scheduled through Find My Ride Schedule. For trips outside of Washington County, or for early morning and evening rides, passengers should contact Customer Service at 724-223-8747.
