Freedom Transit provides shared ride service, meaning you may ride with others who could be picked up or dropped off along the way. We strive to keep rides under one hour, but trips may take longer than traveling alone, so please plan accordingly.
Shared ride service is door-to-door. Passengers requesting assistance will be helped from pick-up to drop-off. Drivers cannot lift passengers or wheelchairs up or down steps. All vehicles are ADA accessible.
All passengers must be registered with Freedom Transit before using shared ride services, and advance reservations are required. Below is a description of the shared ride programs and their eligibility criteria.
