Transit Development Plan

The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC), in partnership with the Washington County Transportation Authority (Freedom Transit) and Washington County, has developed a draft plan for the future of public transit in the county. The plan focuses on improving service to attract new riders and meet the needs of those that use transit to live, work, learn, or play in Washington County.

Following successful public meetings in March of 2018 and an online interactive survey, Washington County would like to share the draft results with the public and provide an opportunity for people to share their thoughts on the plan.
